The Boom Extension extends the boom further away from the boat. This allows the rider to stay out of the spray.
*NOTE* The boom height adjuster, handle extension and gunnel saver do not apply to the Tower Boom.
The smaller diameter is 1.5". The length is 20" overall which extends your boom 14".
