This time of year is perfect.  Our family loves going during Christmas time.  Weather is great (but not too hot) and whale watching is in full form.  You can see them right from the resort.  Great beach and lots of surfing immediately in front of resort.

The Kaanapali Beach Club is and all-suite property only one mile from Whalers Village Shopping, 4 miles form Lahaina town and is only five miles from multiple renowned golf courses.
Magnificent Recreation
At the Kaanapali Beach Club you can to rent kayaks, boogie boards and enjoy many other water sports to make your day more memorable. If you like playing golf, there is an 18-hole miniature golf course on site and just two miles south of Kaanapali there are quite a few other golf courses as well. Just five miles north of Kaanapali, Kapalua offers three renowned golf courses and a golf academy.
Other activities that you can partake in on West Maui include scuba diving, parasailing, mountain hiking and boating. Or if you prefer, you can relax in your beautifully appointed room, order room service and watch the waves crash against the shore from your private lanai. Whatever you choose to do, you are sure to enjoy yourself to the fullest at the Kaanapali Beach Club.

How it works
I already have a reservation for an Ocean View 1 bedroom suite for the week of Dec. 26, 2021 - Jan. 2, 2022.  When I have your payment and personal information I will submit a form to the resort to make you my Official Guest.  You will provide your photo ID at check-in, and they will compare that to my form.   You must provide a credit card at check-in to cover meals you may charge to the room, lost keys, damage to the room, spa charges and the nominal per day local government tax.  Unlike a hotel, RCI, or Interval International, there are no additional fees to pay, no cleaning fees, no internet charge, no towel fee, no pool fee, no maintenance fees, and no gratuities, just the government's small daily fee around .    There is no cheaper way to get this room than through a private person like me.
About the room:
The room will be assigned at check-in, and all we can know in advance is it will be an Ocean View room.  If you have any issues with the room they assign you, like a preference on floor, you will need to negotiate a change with the front desk (preferably before you unpack).  Because of the way the resort is arranged (see the photos) there are a lot of variations in location and view from room to room.  The approximate size of the suite is 820 sq ft.  Here is the description I borrowed from a website for this property:

Please understand that this agreement is only between the seller and the Official Guest.  The Official Guest is paying for his/her use of a room in the week of Dec. 26, 2021 - Jan 2, 2022 and may not resell, lease or gift the room reservation to another person or make changes to the reservation.  The Official Guest must be the person that checks in at the reservation desk and will be responsible for the conduct of all persons in the room.  Maximum occupancy is 4 persons.  The Official Guest and all room occupants must abide by the rules of the resort as agreed at check-in.  Once I have provided the name of the Official Guest to the resort I cannot subsequently change the reservation to another person.  I assume no liability for the occupants of the room and provide no guarantees other than those described in this offer.
